Boardwalk has officially launched its inaugural mentoring programme, selecting 22 high-potential women from across the UK hospitality sector for its first 12-month cohort.
All mentees were nominated and backed by their senior leadership teams, underlining their potential as future decision-makers.
“We are delighted by the talent and determination of the women who applied,” said cofounder Ann Elliott. “Every one of the 22 mentees brings a unique perspective and deep industry experience. With the support of this programme, we believe they are on a fast track to the boardroom.”
The 2025/26 mentees represent a wide cross-section of the industry, spanning operations, people, marketing and commercial roles across restaurants, pubs, concessions and events. They include:

Each mentee will receive one-to-one mentoring from an established board-level operator, with the programme designed to deliver both immediate impact and long-term career momentum.
